If you go to Special pages and click on User list you'l get a list of all the editors. If you click on yourself, you'll get an edit page. If you put

#REDIRECT [[pagename]]

as the only entry on that page (where "pagename" is your wiki page, then anyone clicking on your name will be redirected to your own page.
