The 1881 census shows a Frances Kirkham married to Robert Kirkham with 3 children and nephew Vivian St John aged 5. This would be entirely consistent with Frances being Frances Charlotte Chilcott, but it remains (as of December 2009) to find proof of this marriage. The census also shows her age 30, born Holloway, Middlesex, England which would be consistent with Jun Q 1850.
