Edward was a Sergeant serving in ‘B’ Squadron 18th [Queen Mary’s Own] Hussars regimental number 4313. He is buried in Andover Cemetery and is commemorated on the war memorial there. It is not known if he died of natural causes or from war wounds suffered in France/Belgium.
